Before using the "www.biorend.gr" website of "Bio-insecta I.K.E.", a company with the trade mark "Bio-insecta", which is active in the production and marketing of beneficial insects and in Biological Plant Protection, with VAT number 999259500 at the N.Moudania Tax Authority, and GEMI number 32553057000 (hereinafter Bio-insecta), please read carefully the following "Terms of service of the website and purchase of products through it".

By using the website you indicate that you agree and accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website and the services offered.

These "Terms of service of the website and purchase of products through it" are valid as March 2023 and apply to all users of the “www.biorend.gr” website.

Use of the website

The website should be used "as is", without modifying and/or changing its content and functionality, in accordance with legislation and corresponding provisions.

Use of the website for the purposes of --by way of illustration and not limitation-- harassing other users, sending unsolicited mail, forwarding advertising or other content, violating copyrights, etc. is not allowed.

You can post your opinion and impressions about the products and services in the website’s comments section. Bio-insecta reserves the right to not make visible or to remove offensive or malicious comments as well as comments unrelated to the website's products and services.

Return products

You have the right to return the products you have purchased within 14 days from the day of receipt, without being required to justify the reason for their return.

The products to be returned and their packaging should be sent to us via a courier company and delivered to the Bio-insecta headquarters. They must be in excellent condition, full, undamaged and the packages must be sealed. Along with the products to be returned, you should also send us the sales receipt and instruction leaflet that came with your order. You are responsible for the shipping costs of the products to be returned.

Within 5 working days from the day we receive the return products, you will be refunded the amount corresponding to the value of the products, in the same way they were paid for. Shipping costs and pay on delivery costs, if any, that related to either the purchase or the return of products, shall be borne by you.

When the process of returning the value of the products has been completed, you will be notified by email from sales@biorend.gr. In case you do not receive the message, please check your spam folder and contact us.

Replacement of products

You have the right to request the replacement of the products you have received within 14 days from the day of receipt, if your products have been delivered with defects, damage or deficiencies.

The products to be replaced must be sent to us by courier service and delivered to Bio-insecta's headquarters, at Bio-insecta's expense. Within 5 working days of receipt by us of the products to be replaced, new products will be sent to you via courier service, at Bio-insecta's expense, to the same delivery address as your order.

You will be notified by email from sales@biorend.gr. about the progress of the replacement process. In case you do not receive the message, please check your spam folder and contact us.

Product guarantee

The purpose of the products sold through the website is to strengthen plants and to control their enemies and diseases, providing safety guarantees for consumers, users and the environment, and scientifically proven benefits for plants. The products are non-toxic and do not leave residues of any kind, and therefore their use in urban environments and public spaces is recommended.

Plants are living organisms that live in dynamic environments, where their growth and health depend on a multitude of factors, such as the care they receive, weather conditions, the existence of enemies and pathogens, etc. For this reason, Bio-insecta does not guarantee the results of application of the products on the plants, but only the content of the packages in terms of their composition and quantity.

Intellectual property rights

All the content of the website, including images, figures, photographs, texts, trademarks, etc., is the intellectual property of Bio-insecta or of third party beneficiaries and is protected by Law. The reproduction, processing, copying, dissemination, use for any purpose, and the commercial exploitation of all or part of the website without the written permission of Bio-insecta is prohibited.

Bio-insecta reserves the right to unilaterally modify or revise these terms and to modify the procedures for purchasing products through the website. Any changes take effect immediately after they are published on the website. Please check the website frequently for any changes.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Any relationship arising from the use of the website is governed by Greek Law, and the Courts of Thessaloniki are exclusively competent for the resolution of any dispute or disagreement that may arise.
